Secrets of 6 and 7-figure female founders REVEALED

Last week I was at a business retreat in Scottsdale with my mastermind - HOLY EXPANSIVE. I learned so much from being in the room with 6 and 7-figure founders, but none of that matters unless I share with you key takeaways that can hopefully improve your life too.

WHAT I LEARNED FROM...

ERIN PORTER / Your inner child is very much alive + needs to be welcomed/integrated into your adult life.
For me, I realized (in a deep breath work session) that I've been treating that version of me like they're dead or no longer to be connected with. It's actually been a huge source of me running from myself. That awareness hurt. But now I GET to work through it and for that, I'm grateful. #growthmindset

GABRIELLE LAURA / Lean into your intuition, spiritual gifts, and be present in the process
Other keynotes: do the work daily (movement, breathwork, prayer, meditation)! slow down and enjoy the process - no need to rush to the next goal/achievement. take $ out of the equation, where does your worth come from?

VICTORIA FRANCA / The body keeps score of your feelings, traumas, and emotions.
It's okay to release thoughts, feelings, narratives, and stories you no longer align with. It will create that space for you to welcome new beliefs and start consciously prioritizing what's meant for you. Bye bye emotional baggage that was weighing me down

VENESSA KAUFMAN / It's OKAY to not have all the answers.. like ever.
Learn intuitively who you are on the inside (for personal brands: these are your content pillars), and be okay with having a floating schedule that changes daily based on your needs and creativity levels (ADHD entrepreneurs: this is for us). Be okay with the "IDKs" and take people along the way in your journey.

LAUREN BOYD / Sometimes what you're building is only meant for a season
This gave me such a subconscious permission slip to be okay with both failing and trying new things. Everything serves its purpose!

KACIA GHETMIRI / "What does success look like for you in THIS SEASON?" + "I don't know the answers, but I am resourceful". These two lines shook me to the core while simultaneously releasing so much pressure to perform and 'be' any certain way than I am right now.

AISHA MARSHALL / It's always 3-4 questions deeper than the surface. A smart business woman knows her numbers. The clutter around you is a direct correlation of the clutter in your mind.

REBECCA CAFIERO / Your network is your net worth.
- Ask the right questions
- Provide resources
- Leave people and conversations better than they started
- 1x/week connect with new people
- 1x/week connect with current people (nurture)
- Build a true FRIENDSHIP

Also, the question of "How far are you willing to go for your vision in TIME, ENERGY and REJECTION?"

HANNAH NIEVES / "I always want to be the dumbest person in the room"
AKA still open to learning new things from the people around you and TRUST YOURSELF. Know when to speed up, slow down, and coast (your foot does not always have to be on the gas).
